At Churros Locos, our story began in March 2021 when Luis and Beatriz, a passionate couple with a love for delectable treats, embarked on a culinary adventure. Starting as a small family food truck, we have since blossomed into a thriving enterprise with three trucks dedicated to catering unforgettable events and spreading joy through our irresistible creations

Luis and Beatriz, are from the vibrant region of Veracruz, Mexico, and bravely pursued the American dream. They set their sights on creating a better future for their family. Working tirelessly in the restaurant industry, they embraced their love for food and hospitality while providing for their two sons, Tony and Brian.

Sparking their entrepreneurial spirits, Luis and Beatriz harbored a shared dream of owning their own restaurant. Through hard work, determination, and unwavering dedication, they saved every penny until the day finally arrived. With their hearts set on delivering culinary delights to the masses, they purchased their very own food truck.
